Analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics — but only if you explicitly accept cookies via the banner shown on first visit. Analytics are never loaded before your consent.

What PostHog may collect after consent:

• Pages visited and navigation paths
• Button and link clicks
• Approximate geographic region (country level)
• Browser type and device category

PostHog does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or IP addresses in identifiable form.

Cookies

We use a single first-party localStorage key (cookie_consent) to remember your analytics preference. No tracking cookies are set before consent.

Contact / Coaching Form

If you submit your email address via the coaching contact form, it is sent directly to our configured endpoint. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Third-Party Services

• PostHog — analytics (EU cluster by default). See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's data retention settings (default: 1 year). Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the coaching form.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
